Ruwad Awards

Ruwad Awards (Arabic for “Pioneers”) is an annual awards initiative celebrating excellence in guest experience, engagement, and hospitality across Yas Island. The programme recognizes outstanding individuals, teams, and leaders whose efforts shape world-class visitor experiences at attractions, hotels, and service touchpoints across Yas Island.

The awards is an event organized by Miral, with the 2026 ceremony held at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island on 12 February 2026

Awards Categories (2026)

There are 19 awards across four main category groups:

Frontline Categories: Recognizes pioneers in guest-facing roles such as attractions, food & beverage, retail, call centers, and direct service positions.

Team Categories: Awards team units that consistently deliver impactful service and experience excellence through collaboration. 

Leadership Categories: Honors leaders at all levels who show vision, strategy, and a people-centered approach to driving guest experience. 

Spotlight Categories: Highlights individuals who go above and beyond in delivering exceptional service.
