What is the Yas Captain Program?

Who is it for
Learning Journey
  • An experiential program for guest-facing colleagues, designed to foster a Destination Mindset and inspire you to think beyond the boundaries of individual businesses across Yas Island.
  • Since its launch in 2018, the program has connected Yas Captains across the destination, enabling seamless collaboration and a unified approach to guest experience.
  • Colleagues will complete a program induction, online learning, and a destination tour to become
    a Certified Yas Captain.
